We are upgrading!

thank you for your patience while we construct this site to replace our very old one whose site platform is being retired.

Our internships.

Internships: We can work with any of our local colleges or universities with park and recreation, outdoor activity and education, or field research programs.

When working or volunteering with us, we provide free training to practice in preparation for certification in guiding and water rescue as well as opportunities for increasing your skills in outdoor interpretation, education and research. Interns and employees must pay for their actual certification testing. Group rates may be available if testing with our team. Partial to full reimbursement of fees may be available for interns and employees that complete their contracted period of internship.

Field Research Internships: Volunteer: May include paid hours.

If doing research by water access: CPR / First Aid and our water safety workshop is required.

Options: We work with your education schedule and research needs. In many cases you may build your own project. Paid internships involve working with our clients in activity support and sharing your knowledge of your field for outdoor interpretation. This also could involve intern mentoring.
